The workmanship is great. I also needed to try to get the piece delivered by the earlier estimated delivery date; the seller sent it out next day to make it happen. It even arrived a day early! Thank you :)
The construction looks really nice. Since there was no sizing provided in the listing, I was kind of nervous about this not fitting on my very tall body, but the pictures gave me the confidence to finally purchase this. The leather feels just a little bit dry, but I can easily buy some oil, or beeswax.
The leather tool belt suspension harness is great. Nice thick leather and great design. Only thing that would be nice to see is some adjustment capabilities on the back of the harness.. as I am a Shorter person and it would help center the shoulder straps more on my shoulders... Maybe some Chicago screws would do the trick instead of fixed rivets.... Other than that... Well done! Highly recommend! Hoping this will stand the test of time on the job site!
This worked very well for a renn faire / larping outfit. The leather strapping it's top notch and has allowed for me to weigh it down with a substantial amount of steel weapons and plate armor, all while distributing the weight comfortably. Without the armor and gear attached it does look like straight up bondage equipment. Not sure if that was the original design goal but I'm thoroughly happy with it being both my armor support as well as my new strappy harness when I go to the local goth club. Some of the leather edges were a bit stiff/cutting at first but after running a bit of leather conditioner over it, which you should always do with any new leather, it was perfect.
