The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive no credit required license to use the files purchased as outlined below.
This license pertains to purchases on an individual product basis per purchase to the individual purchaser.
It is not an umbrella license.
What’s Allowed
Design files may be used in a finished tangible product - such as:
(vinyl, decals, embroidered, sewn, silk screened, engraved, etched, printed, painted).
Finished tangible products created with the design file may be sold online, through a home-based business, small scale wholesale, or in a storefront setting.
+ You may use any file included in your purchase for your personal and commercial use on a finished tangible product.
+ Files may be used across multiple personal or commercial projects and products by the purchaser only, with no limitation to the number of sales for small business use.
+ You may create tangible products for yourself to sell or on behalf of a paying client for a finalized finished product.
+ Files included may be printed or cut for tangible products that are subsequently sold.
- However, the digital files themselves must NOT be included in the sale of a product, or distributed for free for others to create with.
+ You may manipulate and change files for your own tangible product creation - examples: color adjustments, adjust size, combine, extract.
+ You are permitted to send files to a print service you employ to manufacture and/or aid in creating products made by you to sell.
- The print service must not be granted ability to create new works with the files, sell the files, modify or share the files themselves in any other manner.
What’s Not Allowed
- Mass production, large scale wholesale, broadcasting, or corporate multi-user licensing is prohibited without further permissions, fees, and licensing.
- Files may not be sub-licensed, resold, shared, transferred, or otherwise redistributed on its own (even and especially for free) to another end user.
-- You are permitted to send files to a print service you employ to manufacture and/or aid in creating products made by you to sell.
The print service must not be granted to use the files, sell the files, or share the files themselves in any other manner.
- Files cannot be included (for free or pay) even when modified by you in the sale of another digital or file type item.
For example, the inclusion of an editable file when selling a digital template designed using any part of the file.
- Regardless of manipulation, modifications, or changes to a purchased file in any way,
the file itself may not be re-sold or shared digitally to another end user for their creative uses.
- No creating stencils, molds, fabric, tools, or stamps from the file designs to be sold or given away for another end user.
-- You may create, or have created for you, and use these types of tools as aids to finish a finalized tangible product *you* sell.
