These digital Yogini Yantras were developed with author Gregory Peters, for his book "Yogini Magic" (The Original Falcon Press, 2022). The PDF files are available so that one may print them at high resolution, to use for meditation or ritual. (Of course, they may also be viewed on a screen.) One is in color, the other is black & white line art. The black & white version, if printed on suitable paper, may be used to paint or color the diagram by hand.
A description of the symbolism of the Yantra is as follows:
"The Yogini Yantra is a magical diagram that shows the entire circle of Awareness, with the 64 Yoginis, the 8 Sahaja Mothers, 3 primary Shaktis, and the Great Goddess. It is used as a meditative and ritual focus. The overall appearance is magnetizing, as though you are gazing at a vast cosmic flower that is opening up its many petals to the unbounded radiance of consciousness.
Make a circle, and divide it into 64 petals; one for each Yogini. Within the inner circle is an 8-petaled lotus, the Sahaja Mothers. Inside this, is an equilateral triangle with the single point facing down. The angles of the triangle are Iccha Shakti, Jnana Shakti, and Kriya Shakti; their combination makes a Kali yantra. Within is the bindu, representing the Goddess Kali." (Description by Gregory Peters)
Technical information about the product:
You will receive two PDF files (one color, one black & white), ready to print yourself - there are no hard prints shipped. These can be printed in any size up to 24" without losing resolution - on your own printer, or in a print shop. After your payment is cleared, you'll get the digital files automatically to the email address on your Etsy account. Please message me if you encounter any problems.
Note also that the files are set up in RGB so that one may use the color Yantra on a screen at full saturation. When printed via CMYK, the color necessarily loses saturation. The image used for this listing is converted to CMYK so you get some idea of what it will look like printed; however, printers and uncalibrated monitors are all a bit different, so you may see color variation.
Legal stuff: You may print the files as many times as you want for your own personal use. No commercial use. Please don't share the files.
