Step 2 - Select a frame color. Please note, the frame color does not apply to cards or unframed prints. See photos for frame color options.

Step 3 - Add your personalization. Include your custom text, and any special instructions.

Step 4-- Upload your photo. You can message us with your photo here on Esty. The "Message Kevin"
button is usually located near the bottom of this listing. You can also email your photo to

If you choose to email us, please include your order number or the name associated with
your order.

PHOTO RECOMMENDATIONS

Cell phone photos and photos taken from social media can work! Our artists will create a custom portrait based on your photo, so clear photos are recommended. Generally, if you like the way the photo looks, you will love the custom portrait we make for you! If you're not sure which photo to upload, you can send multiple photos for us to pick from.

PRODUCT INFORMATION


-Digital Downloads

For digital purchases, we will message you through Esty with your completed artwork as soon as it is ready. We may also email your artwork.


-Paper Prints

We use high-quality handmade cotton paper. Our sizes are 5x7, 8x10, and 12x18. Prints fit into standard sized frames and display beautifully framed or unframed.


-Framed Prints

All of our framed products are printed on whitewashed wood. Our handmade frames come in a variety of sizes and colors. Please see our photos for more details.

We are very proud of our artists here at Pleasant Glen, and we will make every effort to deliver a print you will be proud to display. When you place an order, one of our artists will reach out to you and help you through the whole process.
