Once you have selected your preferences, enter the relevant codes in the personalisation box. It is essential to include a code for each option to ensure we can create your design accurately.

Please note that if personalisation codes are not provided at the time of ordering, there may be delays in processing your order, although we will do our best to expedite it.

✾ Proof/Draft Before Printing ✾

A proof or draft will be provided with every order and sent via Etsy messages. We offer one complimentary revision to address any spelling corrections or minor adjustments.

Please be aware that changes to the order of characters are not included in the free revision. Ensure that the personalisation is arranged from left to right when placing your order.

✾ Order Processing Time ✾

Once your order is received, we will send a draft copy for your approval within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, this timeline may be slightly extended.

Upon confirmation of the draft, we will proceed with finalising your order and arrange for delivery based on your selected shipping method. If we do not receive confirmation by the final dispatch date, your order will be completed using the draft or personalisation details provided at the time of ordering.
