If damaged or defective another would be replaced, otherwise it cannot be returned for any other reason. If you did not receive your order, but tracking shows the order was delivered, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office to find more info and/or file a theft complaint. I do not offer refunds for orders that are marked as delivered. If wrong address was given I am not responsible.

Prints are drop-shipped directly to you from my professional printer in the Los Angeles, California. Turnaround time in business days for processing are 3 - 5 days. For framing it may take another 1-2 days. * Processing time may still vary as it depends on workload, holidays, natural disasters, etc. *Tracking will be provided by me, once shipped, with approximately 3-5 business days to get to you.

Please measure your wall and consider shopping carefully as they are custom print-to-order and cannot be returned.

* All prints are print-to-order. If production has started, I will not be able to cancel it.

After an abundant rainfall in 2024, I encountered a remarkably colorful desert scene, unlike anything I had ever seen before. The vibrant hues compelled me to pull over and capture the breathtaking view.

FINE ART PAPER PRINT
A fine art museum quality fine art reproduction to capture my painting beautifully. It features a heavy weight hot press, (330 gsm) 100% cotton rag that is smooth in texture and comes the exact size you order without any border. Please note this is a paper print that you would need to get framed. For canvas that needs no framing please look below.

GALLERY WRAP CANVAS:
Gallery wrap canvas is made with archival-quality Epson inks and Premium Fine Art Canvas, finished with a Satin Laminate. It’s stretched over 1.5-inch deep wooden stretcher bars, with the image mirrored on the sides. Ready to hang with included hardware, or you can choose a float frame. Alternatively, you can select a 3/4" deep canvas for your own framing. Both options are the same price—just specify in the notes if you do want 3/4" depth instead.

GALLERY WRAP CANVAS IN FLOAT FRAME:
The description is the same as above with the choice of a lovely genuine wood float frame 1.25 to 2 inches deep from the face of the frame to the wall. There’s a gap between the canvas and the frame, creating the illusion that it’s floating. See in the above photos for the selection of frame colors. Please see in the last photos for examples and further details. After you “Click to Purchase”, please To purchase canvas framed, choose the size in the drag-down menu “Framed Canvas”, then purchase. You will then be in your shopping cart where you can type in the notes section your frame color choice. Or, just message me.

I love this painting. I grew up in California just over the hills from Half Moon Bay and love my little painting of Lynn Roche's. So during my life I spent a lot of time at Half Moon Bay, mostly as a child playing with my brothers and having sandy picnics. Half moon bay is not known for nice weather. I now live in the Sonoran Desert and enjoy her paintings of the mountains and the Saguaros. Her work just makes me smile every time I look at my little collection
