Each candle is hand painted with non-toxic water-based paint that burns along with the wax.

Ivory/White Candles: unscented wax (palm Oil free and 0% animal fat)

Coloured Candles: unscented wax (paraffin wax, rapeseed oil, and a tiny amount of stearin)

❖ Burning time
Burning time is approx. 7 hours; condition dependent, draughts are likely to reduce the burn time and may cause dripping. We promise odourless candles with a beautiful flame, steady burning behaviour and a reliable burning time.

❖ Safety
While we recommend using our candles as ornamental pieces, our candles are safe to burn as the non toxic paint burns along with the candle. When burning, please follow the following safety measures and make sure you have working smoke alarms in your home:

1. Make sure that candles are placed in a fire-resistant candle holder
2. Keep candles away from furniture and curtains
3. Leave at least 10cm between burning candles and tea lights
4. Put out candles before leaving the room and before you go to bed
5. Use a snuffer or spoon to put out candles
6. Keep candles, matches and lighters away from children and pets.

❖ Storage
Store your candles in a cool, dark, and dry place, and keep them clean of dust and debris. To protect the paint, keep them wrapped in tissue paper so that the paint does not peel off.

As each candle is hand painted and made to order, we would like to put a disclaimer that as we mix our own paint, no two candles will be the same, making every set unique. Products may vary slightly from pictured. We do aim to make them the same!

We produce our collections with great care for people and planet. Therefore our candles are sourced and produced in Europe with only a small amount of stearin. That's why we do everything to produce our collections the fairest way possible with love for people and planet.

We are conscious about our ecological footprint, and are keeping it as small as possible by using recyclable materials as much as possible.

We send out all items from our small studio in the UK using Royal Mail Tracked services.

For UK customers, your candles will be painted and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours delivery service. Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels within 2-3 business days, but please allow 1 week for your order to be delivered. During busy periods, please allow up to 1-2 weeks.

For international customers, your candles will be painted and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase and sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service (or similar). Royal Mail estimates 7-10 business days for delivery, but please allow up to four weeks. During busy periods, please allow up to 1-2 months.
