What's the difference between the SNAP and TOUGH Case?

If you're a looking for a protective and sturdy case we do recommend you to go for the TOUGH CASE. This case comes with two parts, one is the black rubber covering all your phone and the other, a shell to cover with our design. The SNAP CASE, is made only of the hard plastic shell that snaps into your phone, not covering the top and bottom. Still good for some protection but serving more on aesthetic proposes.

Can I return my case?

Due to our products being made-to-order/customised, returns for refunds or exchanges are unavailable. But please contact us if you have any problems. Make sure to double check is the device select is indeed the correct one. In case we agree with a return for exchange, keep in mind that this needs to be returned within 14 days after purchase and to our main studio in London, United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for postage costs. See "Consumer Contracts Regulations (Returns)" below.

Is the though case compatible with wireless charging?

Yes. All our phone cases are proved to be compatible with wireless charger. However, for MagSafe we do recommend or Tough MagSafe cases. Our Snap & Tough cases are in general, wireless charging compatible but you might not have the same results in terms of charging time. MagSafe and Wireless charging are NOT the same thing.

Can I get a replacement case?

Yes. You will be able to ask for a replacement if: The product arrives damaged and it's reported within 7 days after receiving. Please read "What's acceptable for refunds" below; Keep in mind that we DO NOT offer a lifetime warranty. Our products, like any other product will tear up with time and use.

What's acceptable for refunds?

We take customer complaints very seriously. However, we have to implement a few rules when it comes to refunds or replacements. The item needs to be visibly damaged. Some examples are: smudges that affect the design, big scratches that affect the finish or design, blurry or low resolution prints. Other defects include: deformed items or if the product does not fit properly due to deformation & already broken cases. Very small spots/dots that do not affect the design will not be considered as damaged nor colour changes as it's a normal part of the printing process. Customers have 7 days after receiving their order to report any problems.

Why is my order taking so long?

While we strive to get our customers their products as quickly as possible, shipping & production delays are out of the seller's control. Keep in mind that our cases are not "in stock" or "ready to be dispatched". We work on a "on demand" basis to avoid mass production or waste as we try to be more sustainable that most brands. Also this allows us to offer the best quality possible. Also, do not worry if your parcel gets lost or delivery is unsuccessful, refunds are always available in those cases. However, if the address provided upon checkout is the incorrect one, we cannot be held responsible.

Where is it coming from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped locally - US orders are printed in our USA (Wisconsin) fulfilment centre; EU orders are printed in our Italy/Netherlands fulfilment centre; UK orders are printed in our UK (South Yorkshire) fulfilment centre. This method not only allows our products to reach our customers faster but also reduces carbon emissions as we're doing our best to reduce waste and stick with our green practices. Also, all extra fees have already been added to the final amount so there won't be any issues with customs or any other services.

Consumer Contracts Regulations (Returns)

We are aware of UK/EU regulations. However, as noted clearly in our product descriptions and policies, our phone cases are considered custom-made to order. While the design options are selected via a dropdown, each case is manufactured specifically for the customer's chosen device model, design, and finish upon order. This production process is not pre-made or held in stock, which means the product is created to specification once an order is placed. Under the Regulations, items that are "made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised" are exempt from the right to cancel. Our products fall into this category due to the made-to-order nature of each item, even when chosen from a set range of designs.

The colour is different from screen. Can I get a refund?

No. Unfortunately, the colour variation you might experience is something we’re not able to fully control at this time. Because of the heat-based printing process, certain colours, including pastel, vibrant and dark colours, may vary from one print to another. This means that even if we were to attempt a replacement or adjustment, the same issue might still occur. To ensure transparency, this information is clearly stated on all of our product listings. Some colour issues to expect: Light Blue turning into almost White; Dark Brown turning into Black; Pastel Pink turning into Bright Pink.

These phone cases, as most of our other cases, offer a small lip around the front of the phone which prevents the screen from touching the surface when laid flat. The cases are printed using the latest technology sublimation printing process and manufactured in house, with recyclability, reusability or sustainability in mind.

📨 RETURN POLICY (limited returns)

Our products are labeled as "Custom" or "Personalised". As a small business with sustainability in mind, all our cases are made-to-order to avoid minimal production waste. Exchanges are still accepted in some cases but please make sure to select the right model as returns can automatically be rejected. All items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, to our UK studio. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

📃 POLICIES

✹ If you notice any defects upon arrival such as print issues or damage, please provide photos along with your message within 7 days of receiving the item for replacements or refunds.
✹ In case of a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable.
✹ Very small spots/dots that do not affect the design will not be considered as damaged and are therefore, not eligible for a full refund or replacement. But a 30% partial refund and discount code will be provided.

I love the design, feel and appearance of this biodegradable cover. It looks like the photo and the drawing have a nice relief. It is impressive that Acaso collaborates with artists such as Annie Konst to create unique, eco-friendly high-end designs.
