1. 📏 DIMENSIONS
The size of the ring can be chosen freely, the width of the ring (the length of it along your finger) can be order to be between 5-8 mm. The "height" or thickness radially (from the skin outwards) is 1.8 - 2.5 mm. The inside surface of the ring is rounded (comfort fit) for maximum comfort. If you need something different, feel free to contact us!

2. 🕒 MANUFACTURING TIME
The manufacturing time is usually between 10-12 workdays. This is the usual time frame required to complete a ring, which takes into account others rings which are made simultaneously. However, if you have a specific deadline (wedding, anniversary or birthday) which would need a tighter schedule, feel free to contact us, we can always find a solution! :)

3. SHIPMENT AND TRACKING
The standard shipment of our products (for reference) takes approximately 3 weeks to reach the United States, and the official maximum time is 30 days. The delivery is then handled by the USPS. In certain situations (for example during the pandemic) the delivery could take much longer, well above 1 months, and thus, it is not recommended. The tracking is provided by the Hungarian Postal Service, but the tracking information is sparse, and the package is only followed until it leaves Hungary.

🌎 Our express shipment option is handled by FedEx, a professional delivery services company. They are much faster, the usual delivery time to the US is 1-3 workdays, and much more detailed tracking information is provided during shipment. For this option, the customer is needed to provide a phone number and an active email address, as these are needed to start the delivery process.

In both cases, the tracking number is provided once the ring is ready and sent to you, and the tracking information can be viewed from Etsy, as well.

4. ✏️ CUSTOMIZATION
Customers are welcome to send us any requests regarding the color, material or design of the ring. This listing, along with all of the others which can be found in our shop are just examples, we are always happy if we can make something new and unique for our customers.
Found an interesting color pattern or rarely used Opal type among our other products? Feel free to write to us and ask for a specific pattern, or any new one which you might like!

5. 💍 RING SIZE AND MEASUREMENT
Your ring will be made according to the size you specify when purchasing. All of our rings are specified based on the United States Ring Size Standard (US1, US2, etc...). If you are not sure about the conversion from a different ring size standard, feel free to contact us, we can do the conversion for you from a lot of other types, for example: ISO size, UK size, EU size, inner diameter and inner circumference.

For ring size measurement, we recommend visiting a local jewelry shop in your area, and have your fingers measured by experts.

6. 💎 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The following recommendations are key to preserving the aesthetics of our products (as well as other jewelry) for years:

- Wearing them next to metal jewelry is not recommended, as it can damage the surface finish, and they could loose their shininess much sooner.

- They are splash resistant, but continued exposure of rings to water can shorten the time before they need servicing. Do not use washing powders while wearing these rings.

- Wearing rings during hard physical activity is not recommended.

*** DO NOT USE ACETONE WHILE WEARING THESE RINGS ***
In severe cases even the fumes can completely destroy the inlay of our products. We recommend taking the rings off before using any acetone-containing solvents.

7. 💔 RETURNS
We take responsibility for the shipment, if a ring is damaged before you receive it we can provide a full refund, or make you a replacement ring free of charge!
However, as all of our rings are made-to-order (made for a specific customer) we cannot accept returns. In case of wrong size misstated by the customer feel free to contact us, we usually give substantial discounts for replacement rings.
