This is a starter plant and is fully rooted. Monstera deliciosa prefers bright indirect sunlight. Loves large pots so it can spread roots to absorb nutrients. This is a beautiful addition to your tropical plant collection.

Since we provide FREE shipping on all orders to our customers, ALL orders will require you to purchase ANY 2 plants to complete your order (same shipping address). You can purchase 2 of the same plant or mix it up and purchase different varieties. We ship within 7 business days (Mon- Fri). Please message us with any questions.

We are a husband and wife team. We take pride in our packaging to allow for a safe delivery for your new starter plants . Please understand that it is completely normal for a shipped plant to come with a few yellow or dead leaves, especially if shipping to a very hot or cold climate! These are live plants, and we are here to assist you! We do our best to minimize the stress by working with USPS to minimize the time the plants are in transit. If your plant(s) come damaged, please send photos of the damages within 24 hours of USPS delivery so we can document and assist as best we can.
All orders are shipped USPS ground mail. If the weather in your area is cold please order the "winter shipping packaging" option for your plants shipment.

If your plants arrive damaged by the cold weather during winter, we will issue a refund if you have purchased the winter shipping package! Just purchase the winter shipping package with your order and up to 6 of the ordered plants will have a money back guarantee in the event they are dead to the cold weather.

If your plants arrive damaged, please notify us and send pictures of all the damages within 24 HOURS of delivery. This is essential so we can document that and assist you as they acclimate to your new home! We will do our best to replace them or refund as needed. Thank you for supporting our small business.

ALL Order Cancellations must be done within 24hrs of purchase. Orders that are already packaged, prepared, or shipped will NOT be canceled. It takes a lot of work and time to care for and package plants safely. Therefore it is unfair to cancel or change orders last minute.

We are a small seller on Etsy! Please remember we are NOT responsible for missing packages due to an incorrect address or USPS delivery errors. We have tracking on all packages so please check it frequently. If there is a problem please contact us so we can assist you.

Please note that we have a 2 plant minimum purchase to ship an order. They must be to same address. The plants do not have to be the same. You can mix and match. This helps us offset our high shipping costs because shipping is free to the purchaser. We ship within 7 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday.
