We are not responsible for items being delayed in transit. We do not offer refunds or guarantees on shipping delays. Delivery dates stated by Etsy are just estimates. We will work our hardest to get your items to you in a timely and fast matter. Once an item is in the hands of the shipping carrier the speed is out of our control. We understand how frustrating delays are and are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier. All items ship with in 24 hours of the label being printed.

We will offer an exchange or refund for any damaged items. We must have photographic proof of damaged items. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer themselves. Example being placing a decal or sticker incorrectly, not following proper care instructions of drink ware or apparel.

All of these designs are sized on one sheet for easy printing. You will also receive a zip folder that contains all the single bookmarks in PNG format. If you aren’t able to access the folder, please message us. We are happy to email the single files if needed. The four designs together is just easier for general printing*

Your file will contain the following:
-Instant Download for: PDF file, JPG and PNG files. These are measured at 2 x 6 inches after printing. Print on 8.5 x 11 standard size paper. Printer settings at actual size. You can size these up or down to your preferences. But we recommend printing them to actual size.

Once payment is cleared, you will be able to download this through your Etsy orders. We recommend printing these on card stock and laminating them is your own preference. They also look great with tassels!

File is not for commercial use, unless license is purchased. Personal use only with out license. You cannot resell this file or share it as a digital file. You cannot print it as a physical copy for sale with out a license. You may print as many as you want for personal use only.
