Custom and personalized orders are welcome! I will be happy to make your unique toy, especially for you:) I can embroider the eyes and nose of the toy if you do not want plastic parts

Return, exchange and cancellation order

I accept order cancellation within 24 hours of payment I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Return of goods takes place at the expense of the customer (if the goods are not defective).I do not accept returns on custom and personalized orders.

Responsibility of the parties

I promise to send quality products within the time frame specified in the listing to the address specified in the order. You can correct the address before sending by writing to me about it Transit times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance, so I cannot guarantee an exact arrival time. Also, I cannot guarantee courier delivery to your home address, it depends on your national postal operator. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he/she enters the shipping address correctly. I am not responsible if your order is shipped back to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address. The guilty party is responsible for the re-delivery of the returned goods due to an error in the address

If you don't receive the parcel: 1. Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received the parcel instead of you. 2. Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived. 3. Perhaps you have not taken away the package and the package has been shipped back to me. I can ship the item again, you are responsible for shipping costs. 4.
