The seller listed the kit without the kit in hand, even though the listing said it could be received in time for a quilt along (I ordered a week in advance). Moda was unable to ship due to shortage of one item. The seller finally said she would look around to purchase the missing item but to no avail. Within in minutes I identified a seller with the product I needed for the kit. This vendor credited me for the item. It took well over 6 weeks to receive the kit. While she was apologetic, it made no sense she listed a product she no longer had inventory for. Disappointing.

I'm sorry the available kits sold out so quickly. We updated the listing according to the delivery posted by Moda but our position in line kept being postponed. I'm glad Missouri Star had such a large stock for you. None of my vendors and the four local places I contacted were out of stock, including the Chenille-it distributor. As a small shop we carry a smaller quantity than large chains, thank you for your honest review we try our very best to take care of any issues we come across with orders.
