I typically process items 1-7 days after your purchase, depending on the item(s). However, during peak seasons (major holidays) the processing times can increase by 1-2 weeks. Please order early for optimal processing and delivery. I typically do not accept rush orders, so not to negatively impact the product quality. I strive to provide the best products and to give each order the attention it deserves.

Custom and personalized orders

If I mistake the spelling or wording in your personalized item, I will replace the item with the correct personalization. I am not responsible for spelling, grammar, or other mistakes made by the customer. Please verify your personalization before ordering. I am unable to contact customers to verify personalization requests.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Most items are not eligible for gift wrapping. However, be sure to check the product description for details as this may be offered for specific items.

Order is marked "undeliverable":

Your package may be marked as "Undeliverable" if your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase and will usually be shipped back. I can re-ship your order to your edited address once I receive the returned order. In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout, you may be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Please double check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase.

Order does not arrive by the expected date:

Visit the tab labeled "Purchases and Reviews" within your Etsy account to track the shipping. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please reach out to me via private message. Shipping and delivery delays such as holidays, extreme weather, supply chain shortages, increased volume at sorting facilities etc. may result in a later delivery date. If your order has not arrived after a 7-day grace period, I will do what I can to work with you towards a solution.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact me regarding any returns or exchanges. Some products I unfortunately cannot accept returns. I am happy to help answer any questions you may have. If I am responsible for an error made on a personalized item, I will replace the item with the correct personalization. If you do not absolutely love your order and would like to exchange or return it, please contact me within 3 days of the item's arrival. I will see what I can do to assist you. If a return is made, once your item is received in its original, undamaged condition, your replacement item will be shipped. I do not cover return shipping charges. I will cover the replacement shipping for that order.

If your package arrives damaged, please let me know within 24 hours. I will refund or replace your order at your choosing. Please retain the item and its packaging, as I will need photos of the item and the shipping container to file a claim.

Missing or stolen shipments

In the event that your item has been marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, please check with your neighbors to determine if the carrier delivered it to the wrong address. Please contact the carrier (using the tracking information provided) for additional assistance, as I will be unfamiliar with your delivery area. If the carrier's investigation determines the item has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout, please file a police report with your local jurisdiction regarding theft. Once you provide a copy of the police report to me, I will replace that order for free. No one deserves to be a victim of a porch or mailbox pirate.
