From the address on the hang card I'm dating this later 40's/early 50's.

Still on hang card although it has a lot of wear. Two piece plastic towel ring for the kitchen or bath. The hanger originally came with a glue pack to adhere to wall but that has hardened and aged over time so no longer included. There are screw holes that can be punched out of bracket as an alternative.

No cracks or chips to plastic. Hollow back. Some dried glue on inside of bracket.
Measure 5" x 8"
