If an Order is Returned to Seller Due to Insufficient Address as of October 2022

If an order is returned to seller due to customer not checking to make sure the address is correct before checking out, no refund will be given unless the original package is returned to seller. If the customer wishes to have the order resent, and the order had free shipping, then Seller will refund the original order in full except for the costs of the shipping label as Seller is not refunded for shipping label by Etsy or USPS due to Customer error. Customer can replace their order, and new label and tracking will be provided. If an order is returned and shipping was paid for by customer, Seller will offer a full refund including shipping. Please make sure address is correct/and/or you inform Seller of correct address before order ships.

To qualify for free shipping you must add all your items to the cart. Etsy will have a bar at the top that tells you how far you are/when you reached free shipping! If you do a "buy it now" option, you will be charged for shipping if the item is not over $35. This is an automatic feature with ETSY. If you make multiple purchases and want the seller to combine them for free shipping, you must contact seller before seller marks as shipped(creates shipping label) for items. If seller can, they will have to request a refund for the overage from ETSY. This can only be done if the item has not been marked as pre-transit or shipped. This is also done at the seller's discretion.

Shipping charges have increased and USPS is being ridiculous. So when you order an item if there is any overcharge for shipping on your order, I will adjust and refund so you wont be overcharged. Hopefully ETSY gets this straightened out soon with USPS. Any qiestions about shipping please message me!

Please be aware that anyone caught selling the designs, construction methods, etc.. will be notified to remove the products immediately from their site. Further violation can result in being reported to ETSY for copyright infringement as well as other legal action. In saying this I have to protect myself as well as my brand after many have taken advantage of me. Thank you for your understanding!💕

Shipping prices have changed, so when you order multiple items (under$35) shipping will be calculated high. No worries! When I fill your order I will adjust the price and refund any overage! I DO NOT want anyone to be overcharged for shipping!💕💕 Note: there have been delays by USPS for deliveries as they are short handed all over the US. If you havent recieved your items, please message me! Thanks!💕💕

Journal Scoops Shipping

Since my journal scoops are not a specific weight, the shipping is rated for the highest possible weight the scoop can be. DONT FREAK OUT! I always refund shipping overage if your scoop weighs less than the preset on the listing! YOU WILL NOT BE OVERCHARGE FOR SHIPPING! BUT.....remember that US residents get free shipping over $35, so definitely take advantage!😉

Sending Your Order When Shipping is Free

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent with the less expensive option at seller's discretion. Note: orders that weigh over 1 pound cannot be sent first class mail per USPS regulations. They are sent Gound or Priority mail options only! This is a USPS policy, not seller.

Hubby's Love Handles Policy

While we love that so many are wanting our Love Handles, we want others to have a chance to have them as well. So we will be limiting one bundle, one bonefold, one attachment, and one mini to a limit of 1 per customer per color. Anyone purchasing multple bundles, attachments, bonefolds, or minis without permission will have their order cancelled. Im sorry for the inconvenience and would love for customers to have as many as they want but people have taken advantage and are not leaving any for anyone else. Each bundle set takes 6 hours to make not including our labor of assembly. We can out produce so many per week ! Thank you for understanding!

If your order hasnt arrived after 7 business days, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS and locate package. Sellers are not notified of lost, rerouted, or returned packages. USPS will open a case and has 3 business days to conduct their investigation. No refund will be given until USPS has declared the package lost or the packaged has been returned to the seller.

Shipping Combined Orders

Seller will only ship a customer's multiple orders if buyer informs seller they have multplie orders before the seller has shipped them. We get a large amount of orders and customer orders are not grouped together. We fill the orders in which we have listed at the processing dates are the shortest. If a buyer doesnt inform the seller after they placed the order, then they will be filled separately since orders arent grouped by customers.Thank you for understanding!💕

Las instrucciones fueron muy fáciles. Hice un álbum realmente bonito para mi hermana con steampunk. Salió maravilloso. Me encantó. Ahora sus amigas quieren que les haga uno. ¡Me encanta!
