When will my package arrive?

Please use the tracking information for updates. We use both USPS and UPS for shipping. We keep our to our shipping windows, please be patient. We usually ship orders in 48 hours during regular business hours. Please reach out to your local post office or UPS carrier to locate your package. Unfortunately, we see the same information on our end as well. If they are unable to locate your package, please reach out to us.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

Due to USPS staffing there may be significant delays to the postal system (unfortunately we can't predict how long your orders will take to arrive during this time). Once your package has left our possession and is in the hands of USPS, we can no longer update you any better on your package than USPS. This shop is our full-time job and most orders get filled and shipped the same day as purchase. Please reach out to your mailman or UPS if your tracking is not updated or you have questions about your package.

How come my tracking hasn't updated?

USPS released information stating that through the holiday season tracking may not up date until reaching its destination post office. Your order may look like it is still sitting in Kansas City when it is somewhere else all together. Packages are taking approximately 7-10 days to arrive at their destination due to the amount of packages being shipped this holiday season.
