Topsy Turvy Awake and Asleep doll by Georgene Novelties is all cloth with a molded mask face. She measures 9 inches long (22.8 cm) and is jointed at the necks. She has painted features and a tuft of curly blonde hair on each forehead. Her bonnet and skirt are removable. She has her original hang tag. She probably dates from the late 1940s. Very good condition, light surface soil and light rubs to her "awake" face. A darling vintage cloth doll!
