When will I receive my order?

Our items require 3 - 7 days processing time. We do our best to get them out much faster, depending on order volume/time of year. All items are shipped First Class, which typically takes 3 - 5 business days to reach our customers after the order has been dispatched. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because all of our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through Etsy within 7 days of receiving the item, with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email address, which you will fill out and include with the return package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is covered). We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. All jewelry and other accessories are FINAL SALE.

Lost or stolen packages

Kindred Twelve cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. However, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.

I've entered an incorrect address. Can I cancel my order?

Any orders with misspelled names or incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for a full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message us on Etsy within 1 hour of placing your order.

✴︎ PRINTING METHOD ✴︎
We use Direct-to-Garment printing on all of our items. DTG is a printing method that sprays ink onto the garment, which then soaks into the fibers of the garment. The result is a soft to touch, high quality, long lasting design, that is less likely to crack or peel. Please note this method is different to screen printing or HTV (heat transfer vinyl) and will look a little different if you are used to vinyl applications.
