Are the can coolers sold in sets or is the PRICE PER CAN COOLER?

No! Our can coolers ARE NOT SOLD IN SETS. Our photos show them in sets so you can see the customization available on the other side of the can cooler. Please refer to the item details section for specific information pertaining to that can cooler.

HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE my order once it is placed?

Please refer to the "shipping and return policies" section on each product page for estimate ship date and delivery dates. UPGRADING your shipping upgrades your processing time. If you upgrade your shipping your order will ship and be delivered on the earlier side of the estimates.

Are the can coolers DOUBLE SIDED?

Most of our listings come with a custom backside with a standard front side. Please refer to the item details section for specific information regarding customization. Every listing is different.

Do we use Vinyl glitter and solid can cooler colors

No, we use images of glitter that we print with ink. Making our can coolers this way allows us to customize the back and still be able to offer them at a great price that ships fast! Please note color may vary slightly due to lighting in pictures. These can coolers are printed with ink (not vinyl), therefore white seams are present on the sides! However, this allows us to do an endless amount of different colored can coolers for our customers

Do you do custom orders for shirts/tank tops?

We are currently unable to take on custom orders at this time. Please do not send us photos of other shops designs and ask for a custom order of their product. Thanks!

Where do I enter custom info for my can cooler order?

You will either enter this info in the Personalization text box before adding to cart. If there is no text box before adding to cart then enter this info on the cart page. There will be a text box section where you add a note to seller. We copy and paste your info so please double check to make sure everything is entered correctly.

What is a STOCK can cooler vs custom?

Our STOCK can coolers have the same design that is shown on the front on the backside too. These items are non-customizeable. Our custom can coolers allow custom info on the backside of the can cooler. The front has the standard icecreaMNlove design with custom info on the back. Please read the item details to order.

Do you send MOCK UPS?

We do not automatically send mock ups on orders under $100 as the info asked for and given will match the listing photos. We also don't send pre-order mock ups. The listing photos are essentially your mock up. If the info given on the order is correct and without typos then we should be all set. If your order is over $100 then you can request one with your order or when you send us the photos here after the order. We try to setup the listings to where you just type out your personalization similar to the listing photos. We copy and paste that info into our template. If you info matches the listing photos then they will pretty much look exactly like that. Please check your info and make sure there are no typos.

How to order the WHITE can cooler

If you order from a STOCK listing you will need to purchase the white can cooler. If your order from a CUSTOM listing and your quantity is over 3 can coolers it will come for free. Please read the item details and checkout the listing photos. If your order is under 3 items from a custom listing you will need to purchase the white can cooler.

Due to our pricing strategy, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns. We price our items to be very competitive and most of the time the cost to exchange is not worth the price it would cost for the buyer to send back and a 25% restocking fee. Plus the time it takes to return/exchange the new item. It is quicker and easier to repurchase the correct sizes, styles. We have size charts in every shirt listing. Customers can also purchase 1 shirt to try for sizing before purchasing the bulk order.
