Item is absolutely not what was expected - the materials and labor for this do not justify the price and this shop only offers exchanges for purchases. Absolutely regret buying this item and from this shop. Complete waste of wedding funds for a flimsy heart with mismatched gold tones for over $50. Gross. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
