Computer with access to Google Drive... YES!!
Computer with Powerpoint?... YES!! You can download the google slides version as a PowerPoint file. Open the file in PowerPoint. The links will work and you can edit as you wish!
✨Will this planner sync across multiple devices?

Yes! As long as you are using the same app and log in on all devices the planner will sync.
For example: If you have all apple products the planner will sync across using the Goodnotes, Notability, or another app that you have downloaded on all devices.
For example: If you have an iPad and a Windows computer and wish to use it on both devices you can use the google slides option and edit your planner on all devices.
The planner will not sync across multiple apps. It will sync across multiple devices using the same app.
