Any regular made to order hat or other takes 3-5 business days to process (make).

So, in the event of a super custom order - any order outside the realm of what is seen, please contact me directly via convo or email. There is an additional charge for any super custom order. We will discuss via email what the extent of the custom order is and if it's possible. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks extra time for processing your super custom order.

All fabric are prewashed except for the wool and slouchy fabric with dyed yarn. Wool hats can not be washed but the other reversible hats are able to be washed as well as the fleece hats. Wash in cold, gentle cycle and air dry. Light iron if needed. Do not iron tags.
