How Will I Receive My Digital Download?

After purchasing your items, they will be available within the ‘purchases and reviews section of your Etsy account. You can access that here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Next to the order, select ‘download files.’ This goes to the downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you do not have an Etsy account, you’ll find a link to download your files in the receipt that was emailed to you after purchase. Please note: you will not be able to download your files using the Etsy app. A web browser like Google or Safari must be used. All products are sent to you in digital form. No physical copy will be sent.

How Do I Open ZIP Files?

Most modern operating systems (e.g. macOS or Windows) will have built-in functions that unzip the files automatically when you double-click to open the file. If this doesn’t work on your device, you may need to use a third-party program to unzip your files. Please send us a message if you need any further help.

Can I Use the Files More Than Once?

Yes, absolutely! Once you purchase and download the files, they become yours. You can re-use them multiple times with no need to repurchase them. Buy once, use forever!
