Important Information About This Product:

- I cannot guarantee a good fit unless measurements are provided. Please see below for instructions on how to take measurements. My sizes are based on standard sizing averages for children and adults in the US. I compare the fit to sweatpants from walmart.

***What may fit one person may not fit another due to the fact that everyone is different and has different body types. Towel fabric does not have much give so if the fit is off the pants will break or tear.

Return Policy:
The return policy is located in each listing – I Do Not Refund Custom Orders due to the nature of it being personalized for a single individual. Please Send Measurements in this case or I can not return or refund if it does not fit.

I have a strict 30 day return period. Please be sure to try on all items and make sure they fit in that time frame or I will be unable to return or refund you. People can change and grow in different ways which is why this policy is important.

Shipping Information:
I have a strict 2 WEEK turnaround time around the holidays due to excessive high volume. Please order proactively. Other than holidays I can most likely have this item shipping out within 7 days of the initial order.

Etsy does advise the estimated shipping date at checkout, it is also emailed to you after purchasing. If you have questions about what day your order will ship you can log into your etsy account and it will also give you an update as well.

All items are custom made and made to order so please be patient I am a one woman business 😊 Contact me if you need this by a certain date and I will try my hardest to get this to you in time.

I can not send return labels to guest buyers on Etsy. I know this is frustrating and it is frustrating for me as well. Please make sure you sign in before buying.

If someone bought an Item as a gift and you are the person returning this item, I also cannot provide a return label due to Etsy’s policy. The buyer has to be the one to return the item in order for me to provide prepaid return shipping.

Customization:
To send measurements please either type them in the personalization box or in the “notes to shop owner” box upon checkout. I cannot return custom orders with names or other attached personal messages due to the nature of the product. Be sure to send exact measurements in these cases.

How to Take Measurements:
In inches” measure:
