Can my purchase be personalised ?

Most items have an option to personalise on the listing but if there isn’t an option just include it in the notes to the seller or drop me a message after your purchase.

Can I add a photo to my gift ?

Yes you can ! Just pick the photo you wish to add to your order and email to magnoliagiftco.8@gmail.com to ensure the highest quality remains. Make sure there is space around the person/animal/ object to allow me to crop the picture slightly if necessary. Please also remember that the quality of your gift is reflected by the quality of the photo that you provide so screenshots, Snapchat photos etc will be low quality so it’s best to stick to a photo taken using a phone or camera without use of filters or apps .

What is your returns policy ?

Due to items being personalised and made to order I can only accept returns if your order is incorrect or damaged from no fault of your own. I will then offer you an exact replacement of your item(s). When replacing items I will not change the design/photo/text.

Can I cancel my order ?

Due to fast production of most orders I do not accept cancellations after 1 hour, as depending on the time that you order could mean it’s put into production immediately.

Will you use photos of my gifts to advertise ?

I take photos if everything that I make to add to my social media platforms. If your gift contains a photo of a minor then I will ask your permission before posting anywhere.

Can I get a refund if my item doesn’t arrive in time ?

Due to the continued strain on Royal Mail then unfortunately not . As long as I have dispatched your order within the specified processing time stated when you purchase then any delays after that are beyond my control.

Who covers fees any fees incurred due to customs/importing etc ?

Items to certain countries may incur a custom duty & VAT charge which is payable by the buyer. Please be aware of this upon ordering.
