❖ All of my garden flags are custom printed just for you when you place your order so I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
❖ If anything is wrong with the garden flag (such as damage or an issue with the print), please message me within 3 business days including photo evidence of the damage so I can work towards a replacement.
❖ In order to get my customers their flags as soon as possible, I begin processing orders 2 hours after the order is placed. Therefore, no order changes or cancellations are possible after this 2 hour window.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

❖ Clean by wiping with a soft, damp cloth
❖ As with all garden flags, fading is to be expected when left in the sun and exposed to the elements. I suggest treating flags with a UV protect & outdoor sealer (such as Scotchgard Outdoor Sun and Water Shield) once every 2 months if your flag is going to be left outside in sun, rain & snow for long periods of time to prolong the life of your flag. I do not issue refunds due to fading from the sun or weather, as this is inevitable.

❖ Double-ply garden flag made with durable and lightweight 100% poly poplin-canvas fabric.
❖ Black inside (blackout) lining to keep the images from bleeding through to the other side for a high-quality look.

❖ Double-sided - same design printed on both sides of the flag or banner.
❖ Please note that the back side of the flag has visible white stitching.
