I'm an inveterate list-maker, and after I lost 20 pounds 7 years ago, I've kept a food and exercise diary to help me keep the weight off. I've been making these little books since then, and I thought other people would find them useful too.

They're 3"x5", just the right size to slip in your purse, with 100 writable pages. Each page is the same -- with spots for writing in the date, what you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack, plus notes and 2 lines for exercise.

The front and back are laminated, and the book opens flat.
