Overall, very happy with both necklaces I ordered! I just recieved the rose gold one brand new. I've had the silver one for about a month. I wasn't careful enough with it. The chain broke and it got some scratches so just make sure to store it nicely when not wearing it. All the etches came out really nice. It came with a tiny funnel and metal stick and I used a pen cap to scoop the ashes into the funnel. It arrived in a black bubble envelope in the mailbox. I was really nervous to see how they would turn out since they were so important to me. Definitely feel good about what I got. These are pictures of what I sent and then how they turned out.
