Welcome to Digital Nails! I'm a self-proclaimed polish-aholic and my love for creating my own polishes bloomed from a fun hobby for myself into this shop!

Penultimate Ginger is a slight reformulation of our beloved Ultimate Ginger. I changed a few of the microglitters from squares to hexes because the manufacturer no longer cuts squares that small - 0.015th of an inch to be exact! That's TINY! To the naked eye, there is no difference from the original version. Penultimate Ginger is a unique blend of marigold, orange, avocado white and holographic aqua glitters suspended in a robin's egg blue crelly base. It is designed to wear alone and is shown above at two coats. It looks amazing with a regular or matte topcoat.

This polish is inspired by Amy Pond in one of my favorite episodes of the eleventh Doctor - Vincent and the Doctor. At the end of the episode, when Amy spots the painting of Sunflowers that Van Gogh painted, she walks over, teary eyed and smiles to see that he has dedicated it to her. In this moment, the Doctor sees that Amy is deeply emotional and says something clever to break the tension. This moment brings tears to my eyes every time I watch this episode, and the quip at the end is just enough to turn my sad tears into a tiny smirk. <3

Whether you're a Whovian, like myself or just a fan of the crazypants glitters, this polish is positively perfect for any occasion, particularly if a handsome young man with two hearts and a penchant for saving the universe happens to ask you to come along and step into his bigger-on-the-inside blue police box. Hello, Sweetie!

Always, my polishes are 5 free, which means I don't use any ingredients that contain toluene, formaldehyde, or dibutyl phthalate, formaldehyde resin, or campor.
