Custom and personalised orders

Please feel free to drop me a message through Etsy if you have a custom order idea, I’d love to hear it, and if possible, make that idea into reality. The price of customs vary based on requests and if I have to order in extra supplies. Custom orders may take extra time to make and ship out, I will let you know how long I expect this to take before you purchase.

With all my items, a duster, or damp cloth should remove any dust or marks that may occur over time. For jewellery: Avoid getting your jewellery wet, and if it does, dry thoroughly. Oily substances should be avoided and should also be cleaned off well if it does come into contact with your piece. Jewellery should not be worn in the shower. Please remember this is costume jewellery and will tarnish over time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not ship items in gift boxes as this would increase the postage costs, however I am more than happy to include a personalised, handwritten note in with your order if you are sending it directly to the recipient - if you wish for me to do so, please leave a note with your order!

Additional Returns Information.

Returns are accepted within EU countries only. This is only on certain items. Items that are made to order/custom made are not eligible for returns. Returns are accepted on the basis that the buyer pay the return shipping costs. The item must be received back in its original, unused condition - refunds will be rejected on any items which arrive back with signs of wear or damage, as I am unable to sell them on. In this case the buyer will be responsible for arranging return shipping if they wish for it to be sent back to them, or the items will be destroyed. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items being sent back.

Damaged and missing orders.

Should the unfortunate occur and your item arrives damaged contact us with photos of the damaged item and all the packaging it came in. This is so that I can file a complaint to the post office which will pay for the damages caused, leading to you receiving your money back as well as myself. No refunds will be given to anyone who does not prove it was damaged on arrival. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days UK and 35 days international let me know and I can sort this for you. I will not consider the items lost until this time scale has passed. I need to be contacted within 2 months of the postage date so we can file a claim to the ‘Lost Mail and Fraud’ department for investigation. Item cost will be refunded. No refunds to PO Box.

International shipping.

International orders take on average 10-14 days. However in some circumstances orders can be held in customs and can take around a month to arrive. We cannot be held responsible if items do not arrive in time for specific dates. Please allow a month and a half for orders to arrive as my post office considers parcels lost after 45 days. However this is rare and most orders will be received within 10 days. If your item still does not arrive after this period please contact me. I always retain proof of postage receipts for all my parcels. I need to be contacted before 2 months have passed.
