WHAT CAN I CHANGE?
You can add/delete/change the text to personalize to your needs: font, sizing, and color of the text.
You can add or change background color.
You can add your own PHOTOS or GRAPHICS or QR CODES to your template, as well.
Have fun making each purchased template your own; or if you love the style, simply change out names, dates, and addresses!

WHAT CAN’T I CHANGE?
Graphics placement, size, and color CANNOT be edited.
Size and orientation of your template CANNOT be edited.
HOWEVER - if you are in love with a template and would like to request a change, PLEASE reach out to birdybco [!at] gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to create the template you are dreaming of!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
[1] After trying the demo, add the items you'd like to customize to your cart and check out.
[2] WAIT about 15 minutes and check for the email from Templett that will contain your file(s). PLEASE ensure that you have ACCESS to your EMAIL ACCOUNT that is LINKED TO YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT.
[3] You will use this link to create a FREE Templett account where you will be able to edit your templates.
If you ALREADY have a Templett account, you may go straight to your account and your templates will sync IF IT IS THE SAME ACCOUNT LINKED TO YOUR PURCHASING ETSY EMAIL. (Please still give the systems 15 minutes to sync after ordering!)
A computer is recommended (Google Chrome is the most successful browser) but basic editing can be done on a phone. Be sure to SAVE as you go!
[4] Download your design as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG.
Downloading as a PDF is recommended for HOME or PROFESSIONAL printing; JPEG is recommended to send digitally.
PDF downloads allow you to print multiple templates per page by choosing the “Save Paper” option. You will also have the option to select bleed and whether you’d like trim marks for a cutting guide.

WHERE CAN I PRINT?
*WE DO NOT PRINT TEMPLATES, THEY ARE DIY*
Our easily editable templates can be printed at home (follow instructions and suggestions in the listing slides!)
You can print them directly from Templett using Prints of Love.
You can use a printing service such as Staples, Office Depot, etc. (follow suggestions in the listing slides!)
You can also use photo printing centers such as CVS Photo, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc.
If you have your own preferred printing source, feel free to use what you know and trust to print your beautiful personalized template!
We recommend printing onto A4 or US LETTER SIZE CARDSTOCK/PAPER/STICKER PAPER for best results.
*DO NOT use PRECUT LABEL SHEETS as they MAY NOT align properly*

CAN I RETURN MY TEMPLATE?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital downloads, there is no way to return once the link is received and therefore they are not eligible for refunds. If you encounter a problem, PLEASE reach out - our goal is to provide you with a successful experience!
Please note that due to differences on computer screens, the color of your print may be slightly different from how it appears on the screen.

TERMS OF USE
Your item will have unlimited downloads and will NOT expire. HOWEVER, your purchase is intended for ONE TIME USE. You may edit, save, and download your template until you feel it is perfect for your ONE occasion. Creation of multiple versions of your template for several events is NOT allowed.
