Failed delivery due to the buyer responsibility

As privat seller I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Unfortunately, it happens sometimes that delivery fails due to the buyer responsibility such as the wrong adress or the package was not picked up, and the order returns to me. In this case the buyer has to bear in full inccured costs of original and return shipping plus 25% of the purchase amount for additional work and expenses. I'll refund remaining amount within 4 weeks of the return date. I don't refund for damaged returns. Resending of the order is possible against additional shipping fees. In this case there will be no additional charges.
