Antique Reznor Gas Reflector Heater - circa 1900
Reznor Reflector Heater, Gas heater
First developed in 1888 by George Reznor and manufactured by hand in Mercer, PA into the early 1900's.

I bought this vintage Reznor reflector gas heater at a house that was built in the 1800's and sold recently. The new owners had an estate sale, and I attended. I bought this shabby chic rusted metal heater while i was there, it was hooked up in the vintage homestead. It does have the hardware that one would hook up the gas lines to. I do not know if it works or not, but a handy man can get it working for you. It was used in the early 1900's.

The grate lifts up for easy access. This may have been used in a bathroom.

The body is made of sheet iron with embossed sheet metal feet & top corner pieces & cast metal front name plate.

Would look great in a rustic home to show case heirloom finds with a splash of shabby chic to your home decor.

I was going to try and restore it but I love the way it looks and really enjoy the charm is displays. These are rare to find anymore. It looks beautiful as it is!
