I designed this pattern specifically for Knit Picks' Wool of the Andes, a worsted weight wool that comes in a number of wonderful colors.

You will need between 10-13 skeins (110 yds per skein) of the main color and 2 skeins of the complimentary color. Otherwise, you’d need an equivalent amount of worsted weight yarn.

This is a great pattern for knitters wanting to learn new techniques like an attached I-cord, simple cable patterns, and seaming.

There are four sizes included in the pattern (actual bust size 32" to 44") and is designed with 3" of ease for each size.

You are more than welcome to shorten or lengthen the sleeves.

Gauge: 20 sts x 20 rows = 4" x 4" on US 7 needles in stockinette stitch

NOTE: You are purchasing an electronic pattern, NOT the finished product. If you have any questions or comments about the pattern, feel free to contact me.

Additional policies

Hand dyed yarn is made in an animal-friendly, smoke-free environment.

All yarn is stored, sold and shipped from my smoke-free studio located in Racine, WI, but please be aware that all yarn is dyed in a cat-friendly, smoke-free environment (yarn is always isolated to keep our cat and dog away from it).

Every effort is made to ensure that knit projects and hand dyed yarns do not come in contact with our cat and dog (who usually are more interested in me than the yarn, go figure). Even so, I still recommend washing according to instructions prior to use in case of any allergies.

Yarn is dyed with professional acid dyes and washed thoroughly. Darker yarn colors may still experience some color bleeding, so wash with like colors.

I pride myself on excellent customer serivce. If you have any further issues or concerns about your transactions with OMG Yarn (Balls), LLC, please contact me as soon as possible.

I endeavor to provide items of the highest quality. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me immediately.
