📋Care instructions
Because fabrics are manually dyed with natural dyes, they require special care. If the runners may get wet during use, we recommend washing them before. They are only suitable for hand washing with a small amount of mild soap (neutral PH). Avoid drying in direct sunlight so that the color does not fade and for the same reason do not store in the sun.

💳Payment
Payment for your order must be made using the Paypal system. You don't need to register for this, just select Guest Mode. Suitable for payments with any credit card.

📦Shipping

The preparation time for the products for shipment is 6-7 days. Item will be shipped from US warehouse. Delivery time within the USA is 2-3 working days. Delivery time within Europe is 2-4 business days. Delivery time worldwide 4-8 business days.

Goods exchange rules

I accept the exchange of goods if it does not suit you (for color, size or other reasons). In this case, the buyer is fully responsible for paying for the delivery of the goods back to the store, which is located in Ukraine. Also, the buyer must pay for the delivery of a new parcel at the rates of the carrier's service. Free shipping applies only when the item is shipped to the recipient for the first time.

If the return is due to my mistake, I will bear all shipping costs.

All taxes paid by you upon receipt are non-refundable. When re-sending the goods, I am NOT responsible for the re-payment of VAT, if the reason for the exchange is not my fault.

If the exchange is my fault, then I am responsible for paying the re-VAT.

I do not accept returns/cancellations once an order has been shipped to you as all items are handmade and made to order for you.

I accept cancellations within 4 hours of placing an order on Etsy.

I accept the cancellation of the order if, through my fault, the product did not arrive the one you ordered and I pay for the delivery of the product back to me in the store.
