Description

These trays are designed to fit underneath the base of our bucket wheels and cake cover wheels (or other similarly sized wheels). They have enough room to catch runoff from the wheel and provide a litter box area even when the wheel is not in use. Made from durable plastic and easy to clean. The edges are smooth and completely safe.

Dimensions: approx 12" x 10" and 1" tall.

Available in red, black, white, or seashell (beige).

If you cannot or do not select a color when ordering (like through the iPhone app) you can leave your color preference in the comments. If you do not pick, you will get a random color.

Returns and exchange details

We do not accept elective (customer choice) returns on any item.
All sales on custom items are final.
Cancellation requests received within 3 hours of the original purchase will be honored. Cancellation requests made after that point will be determined on an individual basis, and we have the right to decline the request with or without a specific reason stated.

All Volcano View products (except "sales final" items) come with a 30 day warranty, which covers only defects in materials. This does not cover (including but not limited to) damage during shipping, intentional damage, or damage caused by misuse of the product.
If we deem a warranty claim to be valid you may ship the item back to us at your expense for a refund of the initial purchase price minus S&H.
If we can fix the damage by shipping you a replacement part we reserve the right to choose this option in lieu of a full refund.

For customers in the EU we allow returns inside the 14 day return period where and as required by law.

Shipping policies

We understand that our customers would like to receive their items as soon as possible, and we always adhere as closely as possible to the estimated processing time and shipping date. Please keep in mind that this is an ESTIMATE. Due to the multi-faceted nature of our business, of which Etsy is only one, there are many variables that influence the accuracy of that estimate - including order size and contents, our current queue, an irregular schedule of local appointments, and the unpredictable nature of working with animals. We are confident that the quality of our products is more than able to compensate for any inconsistencies or occasional minor delays, which our shop feedback very much vouches for!

Approximate processing time is listed with each item and is based on what is typical for that item on its own. Processing time does NOT include shipping - it is the amount of time that it takes for an item to be completed and put in the mail. It only includes business days (NOT weekends or US postal/bank holidays).

It does not always indicate that the order is immediately in transit, and there MAY be a short delay before the tracking info updates (usually not more than 1-2 business days). At our current high volume, we are always striving to work as efficiently as possible. Part of our preferred method, in the final processing and preparation of orders, includes printing the packing slips and shipping labels when we near completion of the order, or when the first item is finished (in orders with multiple). Differences in queue length (there are two of us making all items by hand), occasional division of an order into more than one package, and the timing of post office drop-offs also contribute to this perceived lag.

Etsy's system currently assigns shipping dates according to the longest listed time for a single item in the order, without giving consideration to additional items. Orders with multiple items will usually take longer to be completed (approx. one additional business day per additional item in the order). Some upgrade options within listings will also increase the processing time beyond the listed default. Any order that includes a custom fabric choice is subject to a longer wait, which is variable depending on the source. We TRY to provide specific estimates and updated related to how the processing time for an individual order is adjusted based on these factors; this is an additional courtesy, not a guarantee. We also TRY to communicate about any other delays (which can be caused by, among other things: restocking components, scheduling conflicts, illness, and especially large workloads). However, we are constantly in a race against the clock, and when/if we begin to fall behind, we tend to prioritize the actual completion of orders moreso than sending out multiple messages. If you feel that your order is taking longer than expected (being mindful of the information already provided), we're always happy to provide a current status update on request.

In some cases we can expedite the processing time for an order at an additional cost, but that may not always be feasible. We recommend placing your order well in advance of when you need it, and please provide direct communication if there's a specific deadline (such as a new pet's arrival, or an upcoming trip) that is relevant at all.

The shipping cost listed for items is based on what the USPS charges us. We do not include the cost of boxes, packing material, etc. Items over 1lb shipping weight (especially wheels) are priced according to the highest shipping cost within the US (i.e. to the opposite coast). Some locations (closer to the west coast, and particularly in WA state) may have a final shipping cost that is less than what you are charged. If that is the case, we can issue a partial shipping refund when the shipping label is made - feel free to inquire about a specific order. Similarly, we do our best to work with Etsy's system in regards to how the combined shipping price is calculated for multiple items in the same order, but depending on the exact contents it will sometimes over-charge, and partial refunds for overages of that nature can also be provided when applicable.

Items ship through USPS - usually first class, sometimes priority for larger items. We can usually work with requests for shipping upgrades (additional cost factored into a custom listing or purchased separately), which can be most easily implemented if we are contacted before the purchase is finalized. Your shipping cost usually includes tracking number, but not insurance. If you'd like insurance, especially for a large order, please send us a conversation and we'll create you a custom listing. If you want any other custom services like signature delivery, or want to use a private carrier, please contact us.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected orders. We are not responsible for items held by customs. Please allow for up to 60 days for international orders to arrive, because items can take weeks to clear customs in some cases.

We are also not responsible for any additional fees related to international shipping (customs, taxes, etc). It is your responsibility to be aware of such fees when ordering from a shop outside of your own country.

If you'd like to upgrade or change your order after you've placed it, contact us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate you but we reserve the right to ship you the item you ordered.
