Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges because our items are customized and therefore we can not resell them. If it is our fault that there is an issue with the items, we will fix the order to your satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as we have not started your proof, started processing your order or as long as you have not downloaded your item.

Do you accept Checks or Money orders?

No I am sorry we do not accept checks or money orders.

Do you accept rush orders?

It depends when you need it by. If we can, we will. Please send us a convo to find out if we can make your date. In some cases their may be an additional charge.

Can you customize an order?

It depends on the item. There may however be an additional charge and or time needed to complete the order. Please contact us for more info.

Most of our items we only ship within the United States. Some of our items we ship world wide. This will be on each listing

International shipping INFORMATION - MUST READ PART 1

International orders ship via USPS First Class and can take up to six weeks to arrive. Note that for First Class International shipments, the shipping information reflects the customs number and WILL NOT track the package outside the US. International shipping times can vary greatly, and no order will be considered lost until 8 weeks beyond the ship date. Please be advised that NO VAT, GST, or other taxes are included and will be due on arrival. Buyer is responsible for understanding the import costs of the ship-to country and will be responsible for paying any tax, processing fee, or customs duty on arrival.

Many countries charge IMPORT FEES or TAXES on arrival. Please be aware of the fees in your country, as you will be responsible for payment at delivery. They come with or without seeds.

If you choose the "with seeds" option, they will come with approximately 1/4 teaspoon of wildflower seeds (NOT SUNFLOWER SEEDS) and planting instructions inside and will be sealed.

The seeds included in the packets are a Wildflower Mixture suitable for all USDA 3 - 10 zones. See our FAQs for the varieties of wildflowers seeds included in our packets.

If you order without seeds (empty), you will only receive the packet unsealed. Nothing else will be included.
