Personalization is free on almost all products! Some items can’t be customized because they are automatically sent in for printing and shipping immediately after ordering. Please ask if you’re not sure! Upon request, I will send you a draft or proof of what your product will look like after you purchase the item . Keep in mind that providing a draft for your approval or making more than one edit will delay the processing and shipping time. I will not send an order in until I get your approval.

When Will I Get My Order?

Items are processed within 24 hours in the order in which they are received. I process orders Monday-Saturday. You should receive your order in 7 business days or less, depending where you are in the country. During November and December, processing, shipping and delivery times may be longer due to higher volume of orders, poor weather, and post office delays. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date when you choose regular or standard shipping. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as postal staffing shortages or out of stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.

Return/Cancellation Policy

I accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing. This does not apply to items that are automatically sent in for printing and shipping immediately after you order. See descriptions in each listing to see if an item can be cancelled and refunded. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I’m not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.

I offer USPS priority mail for some products in the United States only. Please note that there is an added cost on top of the regular shipping charge. I also offer UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Second Day Airmail, and UPS Next Day Airmail for some products. Please note that choosing upgraded shipping does not speed up the processing time, just the delivery time. However, as a courtesy, I will immediately send in orders for printing where upgraded shipping has been purchased. The processing times will be longer during holidays, so please plan accordingly!

Can You Include Gift Messages?

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders. I do offer a custom "Your Gift Is On The Way" picture with your included message so you can send it to your recipient. Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip.

Can I Expedite Shipping After Placing My Order?

No, but there are options at checkout for upgraded shipping.
