Mobiles are created after you make your order. Shipping date varies based on current workload.

Made-To-Order Mobile - Current wait time before shipping is 1-2 weeks (not including shipping transit time). My shipping date is usually Wednesday or Thursday.

Ready-to-ship items are shipped within one week after payment is cleared.

~ When will you receive your package? ~
Please note that once I mail the package, it is out of my control. I am sorry I cannot be responsible for package lost or damaged during processing by the postal service or custom hold.

Within USA: Mobiles are shipped with USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail (depending on item and location) with Delivery Confirmation (tracking). Please understand that once I mail the package, it is out of my control. I am sorry I cannot be responsible for package lost or damaged during processing by the postal service. If you prefer USPS Signature Confirmation, upgrade option is available during Checkout.

If you are purchasing the mobile frame only, it will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation (tracking).

If you ordered wood frame(s) only, the ship time is 1 week.

If you ordered face mask(s) only, the ship time is 1 to 3 business days.

Outside USA: Mobiles are shipped with USPS International First Class (no tracking or signature confirmation because these services for international shipments are too expensive). I ship the package as Merchandise and your country may charge you a custom/duty fee - this fee is NOT included in my shipping fee and it's your responsibility to pay it.

I will email you after I ship the package with tracking number. Please check your Etsy account regularly for updates.

I may email you again about two week after shipping to see whether you have received the package. If you don't reply, I will assume that you have received the package and everything is in good order.

~ Shipping insurance ~
Shipping insurance is NOT included in the shipping fee. Please contact me immediately upon purchase if you would like to add insurance (for an additional fee). Once I place the item in the mail, it is USPS's responsibility.

~ Shipping Address ~
Your package is shipped to the address provided on the receipt of your order. Please double check that it's the correct address. Email me if you need to change the address.

- International Customs Charges -
The price and shipping fees DO NOT include international customs charges charged by the buyer's country. E.g., UK imposes Customs charges and handling fee for merchandise shipped from the US. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the customs and related charges to the proper government agency after the merchandise enters the buyer's country.

MOBILES ARE FOR DECORATION OR HOME DECOR ONLY. MOBILES ARE NOT TOYS AND SHOULD BE HUNG OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND FASTENED SECURELY TO A HOOK SCREWED INTO THE CEILING. (Ceiling hook is not included with mobile.)
