Vince and I strive to get our orders out to our customers as quickly as possible. Typically, we are able to get orders out within 24 hours; however, custom orders may take up to 2 or 3 days longer depending on how large the order is or depending on other arrangements we have made with our customers.

We ship all of our packages via USPS; however, we will use FedEx or UPS upon request! Please make sure that if your mail is delivered to a post office box that you include your post office box number in your shipping address.

During busy seasons, such as Mother's Day and Christmas, we are typically able to get orders out within 48 hours. Again, this will depend on how large the order is or on what other arrangements we have made with our customers.

We have shipping upgrades available upon checkout. You should see them as an option prior to paying for your order.

NOTE: Please be sure to have someone available to accept shipments that may be left on your doorstep. The cost of replacing lost or stolen packages is getting far too expensive for us as small business owners. It is best to have your shipments delivered to a secure box or location where there is no possibility of packages being stolen.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

We are more than willing to set up custom orders for our customers. If you do not see a size or a dimension listed that you are needing, we will do our best to meet your individual requests. Also, we ask you to please copy and paste your custom list in the note to seller line when you purchase to help save time. Lastly, if there is a size that you do not see listed in our Etsy store it is likely to be listed on our website at: Bopper Metal Supply .com.

Please note: we are not able to custom design stamps, rounds or shapes. We are only able to custom rectangles, tags, squares, plates, and sheets.

DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICING/DISCOUNTS/WHOLESALE?

Many of our customers have asked about discounts if ordering in bulk or for wholesale pricing. Vince and I strive to keep our prices low while still providing you with a quality products shipped out as quickly as possible. As much as we would like to accommodate, you must understand the amount of time and labor that we put into getting your orders out to you. This does not leave much room for discounts. We truly appreciate your understanding!

However, we do offer a 10% coupon code on our stand alone site at the beginning of each month. Bopper Metal Supply is a great place to get the same blanks for less.

WHERE DO I FIND THE SIZES FOR THE LISTINGS or HOW DO I FIND HOW MANY PIECES THERE ARE PER PACKAGE?

We use the variant option that Etsy has that allows us to use a drop down menu. When you are at your computer, you will see a button to the right of the picture that says, "Select a size or demension". When you are on your phone/mobil, the button is under the picture. Once you click the button, a drop down menu will appear with the size, quantity and price.

HOW DO YOU FINISH THE EDGES OF THE BLANKS SINCE THE EDGES ARE RAW?

There are many ways to finish the edges on our blanks. Some of our customers tumble our blanks to smooth the edges. Others uses sand paper to take away the sharpness of the corners and edges. I have found that if you take a sanding belt, cut it in half, lay it flat on a piece of wood, and clamp it down that you can "glide" your blank down the length of the sand paper. It makes quick work of the smoothing of the edges of the tags, cuffs and discs. This technique also works great on corners.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?

We gladly except exchanges for times when you find that you have ordered the wrong size. If the item/s were ordered mistakingly on your part we will not be able to provide a return label. The buyer will be responsible for returning the product and purchasing the correct item/s.

If, in fact, we shipped the wrong item to you, we will gladly provide a return label and resend the correct item/s to you.
