This pattern is really fun! I was a little skeptical about the size 10 cotton and size 8 steel hook thinking the picture looks more like a heavier weight cotton but I did like the pattern instructed and it seems to be coming along like the picture. I didn’t realize there are beads in the flower and couldn’t find my beading needle. I happened to have some larger beads that I could just poke the thread into so so far so good 😊.

the finished product is super cute, but my dear crocheters - always check your tension and gauge, especially with old patterns! i had to unravel a few times simply because i did not check from the beginning. best of luck :)

I was disappointed in this pattern. It has been taken from a booklet which is ok, but important information like tension is missing. A little bit of time re-typing the pattern would have been beneficial.
