Fourth in a series, this pattern contains basic instructions and clear charts for creating four unique designs. All of the designs can be done on towels, but as you can see in the photo, these designs can be used in a variety of ways to make runners, candle cozies and placemats as well as valances, curtains and more! Various fabric options are included in the instructions. Most of the designs are done using pearl cotton thread #5, but the larger weave fabrics are shown using pearl cotton thread #3.

Like most Swedish weave or huck embroidery designs, this pattern is suited for everyone from the beginner to the more advanced stitcher. Although it looks difficult, this form of needlework is one of the easiest to master and stitchers of any age will enjoy learning this almost lost needlework artform.
