The toe box was changed to accomodate my foot shape. The shape is perfect. The leather is soft with some structure. The heel digs a tiny bit into my ankles, but it may soften over time. The rubber soles feel a little slippery over tiled floor compared to Vivos, but it doesn't feel that way on concrete. You could change the soles once they wear out to grippier ones if preferred. They are super lightweight compared to my Vivos. I have low volume feet and tie it tight enough so both flaps are touching, but not overlapping, and it's perfect. I got the colour tan and it looks just like the picture. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.
