We offer all 50 states on delicate top quality 14kt gold/rose filled or sterling silver chains. The Minnesota pendant measures 1/2" tall by 3/8" wide at the longest points and has a solid back. • Choose your state name, heart symbol or leave your state blank! "Reg" (Regular) Heart means you'll receive your heart in the middle, not personalized. State name means you'll receive the name of your state on the front.

• If you'd like to customize your state with a heart over your city, please choose the "CITY Heart" option from the drop down menu.

• To get your bracelet size, wrap a ribbon or floss around your wrist and then measure it

• To get a fit that's not too loose or too tight, add 1/4" to your wrist measurement
