② What If the Recipient's Address Is Incorrect?

Make sure that your shipping address is correct before you place your order. Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address. We know that typos can happen, but if you accidentally provide the wrong address, we can’t cover any extra shipping fees that might come up. If your package gets sent back to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to you as soon as it arrives back here. Then, we can sort out reshipping it to the right address together. ──────────────────────────────────────────────

③ Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address after you’ve placed your order, as long as the item hasn’t shipped yet. Just keep in mind that we process orders pretty quickly, so it’s best to make any changes on the same day you ordered. If you need to update your address, just drop us a message through Etsy Convo with: • 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 We’ll do our best to make it happen! ──────────────────────────────────────────────

④ What If My Shipment Is Damaged During Shipping?

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition. If it does arrive broken, damaged, or if there’s something wrong with it, we’re here to help. We’ll replace and reship your item at no extra cost. If you have any questions or worries about your delivery, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help! ──────────────────────────────────────────────

➅ Returns & Exchanges

I completely understand how difficult it can be to imagine what an item will look like in a specific room! We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. We can issue a refund if the item was incorrect or damaged, or reship it if the customer wishes. This applies only to these two cases. ──────────────────────────────────────────────

Thank you for understanding our policies! We’re dedicated to providing you with a great shopping experience, and we’re always here to assist you with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your support!
