- As all our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or make alterations after delivery. Each piece is uniquely crafted for you. - To ensure you love your item, please communicate any specific requests or preferences through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message to us. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen? What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

- Shop Ella is not liable for any delays, losses, or theft of packages once they are in transit with the shipping carrier. These situations are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- in cases of delays or lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly. For suspected mail theft, you can request the GPS coordinates of the package’s last scan from the carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police. - If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

- There are no refunds since every item is custom printed and made to order. If an item breaks in shipment, you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. Please note the following steps for a successful claim: 1) Take Photos: photos may be required of the damaged item and its packaging. 2) Retain Packaging: Keep the box and packaging, as you may need to take them to the post office for proof of damage. 3) Possible Landfill Disposal: the insurance may require you to take the damaged item to a landfill for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **NOTE that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package's delivery

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

- Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. Rest assured, your order will reach you, but the exact timeline is beyond our control. - If your order does not arrive on time, please contact both us and the shipping carrier. While we are committed to working with you, please understand that we cannot control shipping timelines and consequently NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

Will I receive a tracking number? How do I know if my item has shipped?

Yes! As soon as your item ships (within 3-10 business days) you will receive a notification and email from Etsy with your tracking number. You can track your package by clicking on the tracking number in the email you received, or by visiting the website of the shipping carrier. Please note that tracking information may not be available for a few days after your package has shipped, so if you don't see any updates right away, don't worry! Your package is on its way and the tracking information will be updated as soon as it becomes available.

What are the sizing details? What if my clothing item doesn't fit after I try it on? What are the care instructions?

- A detailed size chart is available in the listing photos. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt, and compare the width and length to the size chart. - For clothing items, please wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. - For non-clothing items, the care instructions are noted in the listing photos. If you are unsure, please message us for further details on your particular item.

Do you offer rush production?

- Rush production is available for the Bella + Canvas® 3001 t-shirts in colors white, black, dark + light heather grey, and navy. With the purchase of the rush order fee, your items are rush processed in 2 business days. Here is the rush order fee: https://etsy.me/4acdlh3 - This service also utilizes a print shop closest to your location to print our designs, and uses the fastest shipping carrier, resulting in a faster arrival time. Please note, the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Do you send photos before you ship items? What if I don't respond to my photo proof for my custom order?

- Mock-ups and Photos: Due to the high volume of daily orders, we typically do not send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. However, in cases where we need to verify personalization details, we will prepare a mock-up. This proof will be sent to you within 24 hours of receiving your order for your approval. - Response Time for Proofs: If we send you a proof for approval, please respond within 24 hours. If we don’t hear back from you within this timeframe, we will proceed with the order as submitted to ensure it's shipped on time. This helps us maintain our commitment to timely delivery for all our customers.

Why does the color of the item differ from what I saw on screen when I placed my order? How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly?

- Computer and mobile phone screens can show different colors, and we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen accurately represents the true color of the product. Additionally, our products are handmade (designs are added to clothing using direct-to-garment printing method), and may have slight variations in color, font, texture, and placement. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. - The best way to make sure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after you place an order.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 15% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 15% off amount.
