Custom and personalized orders

I'm happy to assist you with creating a custom floral centerpiece or wreath. I will create a custom listing for you once we have agreed upon a price and design. Depending on the materials needed, custom orders can take 1-4 weeks to complete. It's very important to place custom orders early for any special event or holiday to ensure timely delivery.

The sizes are based on a tape measurement and are approximate. Everything will be exact or very close to reported size. My intent is to be clear and honest about all sizing, so please read descriptions and ask for additional photos if you are unsure.

Returns, issues with orders

My goal is to make sure my customers are all satisfied and happy with their purchases of my handcrafted florals. I take a lot of time and effort to hand select all of the products and then design them. I'm not in the business of misleading anyone or selling a less than top quality product. I do not accept returns, but I will absolutely work with any of my customers who have any issues with product damage done during shipping. Please contact me immediately after delivery to get assistance.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you are in need of a greeting card or special wrapping for a gift, please message me as I will likely be able to accommodate these kinds of requests. I like to make gift giving simple and easy!

Wholesale availability

I do not currently offer wholesale purchasing unless you are a local Phoenix AZ area boutique. Please message me if you are local.

Products are not weatherproof. They need to be displayed under a covered porch area and brought inside if there is any rain, snow or high winds. Some products can be treated with UV protectant spray, which does help with some fading, however it does not stop the elements from regular wear and tear. If the products get dusty/dirty, please gently wipe them with a damp rag or use compressed air to gently blow the dirt off. Store inside in a closet rather than in a garage if you live in a climate prone to extreme humidity or heat, as those things can damage the florals over time.
