I notice slight gaps on the back of my sign. Can this be fixed?

Unfortunately, no. Slight gaps may occur when the frame edges are pulled together and nailed in the front. These products are handmade with a miter saw, and therefore involve some degree of human error, which makes them wonderfully unique. The focus of each sign is to make the best product with the front of the sign in mind.

When my package arrived, it was damaged, what do I do?

We hate when this happens and appreciate your flexibility and patients in resolving the issue. 1. Please message shop with individual pictures of damaged item(s) and packaging. This is required by the shipping company insurance claims and to assess level of damage. 2. Our first avenue will always be to provide a return shipping label so that your item can be repaired, if the structural integrity is not compromised. If the item cannot be repaired, we will ship out a new item. 3. We will make every effort to expedite the processing time for these items. However, for a general window, please consult the originally quoted processing time for your items.
