How long will my order take?

As all our items are handmade dispatch times are normally within 5-7 working days. Larger orders will take longer and if is the case we will contact you upon receiving your order to confirm delivery time.

What if I have an urgent order?

We strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. For any urgent orders please email us at adornedembroidery@gmail.com prior to buying online and we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as possible.

What if I need to make a change to personalisation after ordering?

Please make sure you are happy with your wording when you place your order, as we do not check spellings, grammar etc. You will receive a confirmation email of your order and you can check any personalisation details on there. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us at either through etsy or email us at contact@adornedembroidery.com as soon as possible so we may amend your details. Sometimes, we may have already made your order as to your details, so they can not be re-made without an extra charge.

Can I have something of my own personalised?

Highly recommend Adorned Embroidery. Can’t thank Gillian enough for getting the gift to me so quickly. The handkerchief is absolutely beautiful and the words I asked for are spot on. I love the Sapphire colour of the words and the font is just perfect too. The size of the handkerchief and quality of the material are absolutely fantastic, just perfect for my husband to be..
